I. Demo of AEOLOS Call Accounting Application
A Call Accounting application, which supplements the telephone infrastructure of modern enterprises, providing an easy and effective way of monitoring the cost, number and duration of all telephone calls. The application contributes directly to the management of operational costs, enables performance monitoring of human resources and provides insight to the volume and duration of telephone calls with clients and associates. This is a web-based, Java application, which enables its deployment in any environment in terms of telephony and computational platforms. It is suitable for IP telephony installations and can interface most established PBXs. Aeolos produces many types of reports in chart or tabular format, providing breakdown by extension, user, cost or type of call; incoming, outgoing or internal.

II. Demo of AEOLOS CTI Event Manager
Various scenarios of AEOLOS CTI Event Manager applications are demonstrated, focusing on CRM integration and IP Phone add-on services. The ability to integrate Cisco Call Manager communication services with arbitrary software systems is demonstrated.
CCM Contact @ Phone. An enterprise contacts database (SugarCRM) is integrated with AEOLOS CTI Event Manager and information concerning the person calling is displayed on the CISCO IP Phone screen.
CCM CRM PopUp. A SugarCRM installation is used to demonstrate integration of CISCO Call Manager with CRM systems and the functionality of screen popping in their Web Browser when a new call is offered on the user’s terminal – no client software is used. A Web Application using innovative technique pushes asynchronous messages on top of the SugarCRM interface with an automatic navigation link to the contact’s file.
CCM CRM Directory. The CRM Enteprise Directory (Sugar CRM) is offered as a directory service to CISCO IP Phones. The integration is implemented as XML service with smart search functionality.
CCM Guillotine. A special AEOLOS CTI Event Manager module, designed to support conformance with EETT standards, is offered to Call Centers providing the ability to specify maximum telephone call duration based on a number of criteria (e.g. dialed number).
