Following a public tender, CyberStream was assigned a contract from the Municipality of Kessariani for the project «eGovernment Portal for a Citizen Relationship Management System».

Through this project, the customer will acquire both the hardware and system software for hosting a Government Portal of a Citizen Relationship System (CRM). The municipality portal to be deployed will provide information for the activities and services offered to citizens, enterprises and other guests, general information about the district (such as city guide, sports and cultural events, sites of tourist information etc.), as well as a portfolio of useful tools, including 3rd level electronic transactions according to the eEurope initiative. The portal will be the common login point for the total of electronic services offered and access of other web pages already designed by the municipality.

The system is expected to significantly upgrade the services that the Municipality of Kessariani is offering to its citizens as it will support information services with both general and personalized (per user) content, automated message casting, as well as the interactive execution of transactions with the respective departments of the municipality. The project has a total duration of nine months. CyberStream is employing state of the art Content Management System (CMS) and portal development tools, Workflow Management System (WMS) and Document Management tools, while also providing high end infrastructure equipment from leading IT vendors.
