CyberStream has recently won a contract for the «Redesign of the Internet Services Portal and Implementation of a Citizen Relationship Management System (CRM)» after a public call for tenders by the prefecture of Kozani.

The project will deliver a system providing services to citizens and enterprises in their interactions with the Prefecture of Kozani and will support electronic transactions. Users will be able to use the system to acquire detailed information regarding processes and supporting documents required for the completion of each transaction. They will also be able to submit applications for a variety of services regarding vehicle licenses, company certificates, general complaints, etc. The system will also provide information to suppliers of the Prefecture regarding payments to be received.

All applications are handled through a workflow management system and users will be in a position to submit queries regarding the status of their transactions. The system will be primarily based on a portal incorporating all relevant mechanisms and functionality for the publication of news, announcements, Prefecture Decisions, as well as support of polls, forums, etc. Several services will also be available through an interactive voice response (IVR) system.

The project has a budget of 91.957,49 € and will be completed by 31/11/2008.
